ABOUT YOUR PRESENTER

Janet Gourand is an international HR consultant with 20 years of corporate experience as an HR Executive in London. Since relocating to South Africa in 2003 Janet has set up her own company (Xcite Skills Development) and provided an SDF service for several organizations as well as running public courses for SDFs. She is also a qualified Executive Coach and “Investors in People” Consultant.

Janet is passionate about organizational transformation and believes that SDFs have a vital and strategic role to play as they build a skills development strategy, which is aligned with the corporate objectives and will meet the requirements of BBBEE.
