About your presenter
Elana Siew has worked with Government, the Private Sector and Independent Service Providers. She has been involved in the start-up of three companies and has operated in several different industries. After spending three years researching and preparing course material, Elana joined Mentors in 2002, as a management consultant and trainer. She has been active in Mentors in training, coaching and facilitating. Elana has Industrial Psychology qualifications and experience.
