JAN MUNNIK is the founder and Managing Director of EES-SIYAKHA. He started off his career in law, and practised at the Bar for over 10 years. His passion for people and their fair and equitable treatment led him to specialise in Human Rights, Labour Law and Industrial Relations. Between 1993 to 1997 he was appointed as the Police Reporting Officer (the forerunner to the ICD) for the Witwatersrand and Soweto Regions. |
| Jan was a respected member of IMSSA, and served on its Arbitration, and Negotiations and Conflict Resolution Training Panels. He is a former part-time CCMA Commissioner. In 1999 Jan facilitated the development of The EES Process and Manual, which set an industry standard for the successful implementation of EE. He is regarded as one of the leading experts in EE Transformation in South Africa, and has delivered papers at numerous conferences. Jan also specialises in BEE strategy development, which he has facilitated for numerous clients in the private sector. |

FUNEKA NJOBENI is owner of Mila Coaching and Development Consultants, a registered consultancy based in Cape Town. She is an experienced HR practitioner, coach and facilitator with more than 12 years experience in practice. The latter four years of the 12 years have been in a senior capacity. Funeka is committed to maximising the potential of her clients in all aspects of their lives. |
| In doing so, she builds their competence, unblocks areas that prevent goal attainment and helps them make an overall step-change to enhance productivity both personally, and in their business environments. Funeka believes in the inter-connectedness of people, the complexity of human relationships and the amazing capacity of humans to unify in the face of challenge and opportunity. She is passionate about what she does and draws her inspiration from being a South African. She is a registered member of Coaches & Mentors of South Africa and fully subscribes to their Code of Ethics. |

SOPH MAIFO has more than 20 years hands-on Human Resource experience and has been employed by leading companies in the Construction, Mining, Beverage, Retail Services and Air Transportation industries. He has occupied numerous senior HR positions and has also served as an expert advisor to top management and organized labour, both at the strategic and operational level.

| Soph consults and facilitates in Human Capital Management interventions and other performance support solutions, including Change Management, Performance Improvement, Interpersonal Skills and other initiatives on how to build, manage and motivate teams at every level of the organization. Soph acquired international experience as an Intern for Advanced Research Management Consultants Inc., based in Philadelphia, USA. He particularly focused on diversity matters, succession planning, organizational audits, attitude surveys and training and facilitations at client companies. |

JOHN DICKERSON is a senior HR, EE and OD consultant. He has had extensive experience in all aspects of HR in blue chip companies, and was a senior operating partner and director in a high-profile consulting organisation. He has assisted many companies to bring their HR systems and processes in line with best practices. |
| John now practices as an independent consultant. His corporate experience includes employment as Function Head (Training), SA Breweries Beer, Function Head (Training and Development) Afrox, HR Director, Gundle Plastics, HR Director, Beecham SA, and
Group HR Director, GEC SA. His consulting experience includes working with Hay Management Consultants (Director and Head of OD Practice), Garry Whyte Associates (Director and Partner), and EES-SIYAKHA (Non-Executive Director and Senior Network Consultant). John has also held extra-employment executive leadership roles with The Institute for People Management, the Plastic Manufacturers Association, SEIFSA, the Metal Industries Bargaining Council and the Institute for Industrial Relations. |

GOODNEWS CADOGAN is a Director of The Village Leadership Consulting, a leadership consulting company, specialising in
organisational development, leadership development and change management. Goodnews qualified as an Engineering Electrician at Volkswagen SA. He moved to Goodyear SA and assumed a role of Production Area Manager. |
| His ability to coach and mentor others was seen in the marked improvement of the
scorecard for the manufacturing plant.
In 1999 he joined the SARS as Manager: Personnel.
As the regional manager for Gauteng Central Enforcement, he
focused on changing the way people, systems and processes interacted to create a high
performance region.
His deep understanding of the public sector as well as the interaction between the
executive management teams and the politicians, make him the ideal person to help
teams with both intra-team and inter-teams relationships and
performance pressures. |
